Returns + Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery date on unworn, un damaged or defective pieces. 

Please email us at xohanalei@gmail.com to begin your return/exchange process. 

We provide return labels for your convenience but a portion of your return will be deducted for shipping fees. Exchanges are FREE. (excludes international)

International returns and and exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping fees and exchange shipping fees.

Broken or Damaged Items

Please email us if you have any issues with the items you receive. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at xohanalei@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
