      RETURNS ARE SIMPLE.

      EMAIL US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. We cannot accept returns after 14 days unless an item is defective or has some other issue.

      PLEASE INCLUDE ORDER# AND REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IN YOUR EMAIL.

      PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE APPROVED. 

      WE WILL EMAIL YOU A PREPAID RETURN LABEL. $9.00 will be deducted from your refund for restocking and shipping fees.

      For fine solid gold jewelry above $150 the return fee is $25. 

      RETURNS MUST ARRIVE AT OUR P.O BOX WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF APPROVAL OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
