RETURNS ARE SIMPLE.
EMAIL US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. We cannot accept returns after 14 days. If an item is defective please email us.
PLEASE INCLUDE ORDER# AND REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IN YOUR EMAIL.
PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE APPROVED.
WE WILL EMAIL YOU A PREPAID RETURN LABEL. $9.00 will be deducted from your refund for restocking and shipping fees.
For fine solid gold jewelry above $150 the return fee is $25.
RETURNS MUST ARRIVE AT OUR P.O BOX WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF APPROVAL OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION AND WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR REFUND IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET ANY OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
